Free Steam System Energy Saving Upgrades
Introduced in Febuary 2017, ConEdison has launched a limited program for low-income housing buildings to implement FREE (labor and material) energy saving upgrades for 1-pipe steam systems.
This program will only be available to the first 150 buildings that qualify. There is NO COST to the building.
These are upgrades that are valued at $10,000 – $50,000+ depending on building size and need and can save 10% – 20% on your heating bill!
As a contractor selected by ConEd to implement these upgrades, Building Efficiency Services is able to help qualify buildings and offer the best chance to benefit from these free upgrades.
